BE LOTUS PILATES & WELLNESS offers Pilates and mobility training classes. Both online and in-studio group classes and one-on-one sessions, with a strong focus on mindful movement and functional exercise for improved posture, strength, and mobility.
My passion for movement, the human body and the desire to nurture and nourish myself, as well as others, inspired me to learn Pilates and take on the role of movement educator. When I teach I feel connected and in flow. Mindfulness is the focus in all of my classes. My teaching is a process of engaging through the senses to the present moment. In each class, I create the opportunity to experience movement and breath. My classes provide a practice for building strong core, mobility, and improved posture. Students can expect carefully contemplated and choreographed alignment and technique for a safe and rewarding experience. Click the button below for a full bio.
